Each candy bar has a unique handwritten letter which is a huge morale booster on its own. In addition, a note from Operation Empowering Hope is included which contains the salvation message and points them to their Chaplain for confidential counseling, and even includes his phone number. The Soldier can reach him at any time! It’s a small tool that does wonders.
