Why write a letter?

It’s so old fashion (add eye roll.) It’s so slow compared to a quick text. BUT it means so much MORE to a soldier than a quick text. Not only can a letter be posted on the wall where it can be seen everyday, it can be taken with on a training exercise (sandbox heat to Arctic cold) when phones are not allowed! Write a short note today and encourage a soldier.
